This first session is your first step towards a happier life.

This will allow us to create a first contact and to discover you. 
 

You will be able to introduce yourself and tell me about your difficulties, your broblems and the aspects of your life that you would like to improve.

Speaking about what's blocking you is the first step of healing.

I will be then able to advise you on the coaching that best suits your needs.
